Hello! My name is Charlie and I’ve been working in childcare for just over 20 years now. I started out as a babysitter before moving on to becoming a nanny, then I decided to make the most of my skills and specialise as a maternity nurse. Working with babies and new parents is such a pleasure for me, I favour a gentle approach that allows babies to feel loved and secure, while allowing new parents to enjoy this wonderful time as much as possible.
